ChainCatcher news, Japanese listed company Metaplanet announced on platform X that it has established a wholly-owned subsidiary in the British Virgin Islands to strengthen the strategic management of BTC assets.

Previous news, the directors of Metaplanet have approved a plan to purchase Bitcoin worth approximately $6.25 million (1 billion yen).
