The Mint Cash plan will launch the testnet in August

ChainCatcher message, Mint Cash stated on social media that it plans to release an internal demo and testnet in August, and will undergo significant transformations in its architecture, whitepaper, partnerships, and branding.

Mint Cash acknowledges that it is different from developer-oriented projects like Ethena Labs, and does not intend to become such a project at any time in the future.
