ChainCatcher news, according to Arkham data, the wallet address marked as "German government" on-chain transferred 200 BTC to Kraken, 700 BTC to Flow Traders, 600 BTC to Coinbase, and 400 BTC to Bitstamp, totaling 1900 BTC.

In addition, the "German government" wallet also transferred 400 BTC to an unknown address starting with bc1qu3 and 700 BTC to an unknown address starting with 139PoP.
