OpenTensor Foundation: Today will fully open the Bittensor mainnet and release Bittensor version 7.3.0

ChainCatcher message, the OpenTensor Foundation released the latest updates on Bittensor on social media early this morning:

1. Restoring normal operation of Bittensor: OTF will fully open the Bittensor mainnet in less than an hour;
2. No updates needed for the testnet today;
3. Bittensor 7.3.0 will be released today, introducing the following changes:

• The consensus-based weight feature is now available in the "master" branch;
• A new btcli command option checkcoldkeyswap will allow users to check the remaining time before executing the scheduled coldkey swap on-chain, or to see if it is in arbitration status.
