OKX Web3 Runes market adds support for merging runes, saving up to 29% on gas fees

ChainCatcher news, the OKX Web3 Runes market engraving feature has added support for merged runes, reducing user minting costs while simplifying the rune listing process. Users can freely choose to engrave as merged runes or the original standalone runes. Compared to minting a standalone rune each time, users can save up to 29% on Gas fees by merging and minting into one rune.

For example, in standalone rune mode, if a user mints 20 A runes, they will receive 20 individual A runes. In merged rune mode, if a user mints 20 A runes, they will receive 1 rune consisting of 20 A runes.
