ChainCatcher message, Cosmos Hub initiated a proposal to transfer 1 million ATOM from the Cosmos Hub community pool to the Hydro committee to enhance ATOM liquidity.

It is reported that Hydro is a liquidity management protocol that allows projects to bid for liquidity.
