Data: The U.S. government-related wallets still hold nearly $12 billion in Bitcoin

ChainCatcher news, IntoTheBlock tweeted that the U.S. government recently transferred $600 million worth of seized Bitcoin from the dark web Silk Road to Coinbase Prime. While deposits to exchanges typically indicate a sell-off, this transfer may be for custody purposes. Wallets associated with the U.S. government still hold nearly $12 billion in Bitcoin.
