ChainCatcher message, on-chain detective ZachXBT posted a critique of the stablecoin USDC issuer Circle, accusing it of "never blacklisting addresses after DeFi exploits/hacks, despite having ample time, while continuing to profit from the trades."

ZachXBT stated that, compared to other major issuers, Circle took four and a half months to blacklist the hacker group Lazarus Group's address.

ZachXBT said, "I’m tired of your hypocritical moral posturing because you are the root of the problem."
