ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, USDC issuer Circle has launched an on-chain compliance platform "Compliance Engine," aimed at helping businesses develop blockchain applications while meeting strict compliance requirements.

The platform will include transaction screening tools that can be used to "detect high-risk and suspicious transfers" as well as monitoring tools that "help identify potential high-risk behaviors." Compliance Engine will feature a one-stop "dashboard" where users can integrate APIs, analyze data, tag transactions in real-time, conduct long-term investigations, blacklist suspicious wallets, and report transactions to authorities. The platform will support connections to multiple blockchains, including Avalanche, Ethereum, Polygon, and Solana, through Circle's programmable wallet tools.
