BTA has officially launched

ChainCatcher message, the BTA Protocol has officially launched. On September 30th at 23:00, the trading pair on quickswap in X Layer will be opened, with trading hours from September 30th 23:00 to October 2nd 23:00; after the trading period ends, purchasing BTA will require buying through the bond contract.
