Spirit Blockchain Capital acquires DOGE ecosystem development company Dogecoin Portfolio Holdings

ChainCatcher news, digital asset management company Spirit Blockchain Capital Inc. announced that it has acquired DOGE ecosystem development company Dogecoin Portfolio Holdings. The specific acquisition amount has not been disclosed. According to the terms of the acquisition agreement, Spirit Blockchain Capital will purchase all issued and outstanding securities of Dogecoin Holdings, including common stock and warrants.
