The American mining company CleanSpark has completed the acquisition of GRIID

ChainCatcher news, according to Cointelegraph, Bitcoin mining company CleanSpark has announced the completion of its acquisition of the U.S. infrastructure company GRIID.

CleanSpark CEO Zach Bradford stated in an announcement on October 31 that he is pleased to announce that the company has completed the acquisition of GRIID Infrastructure following shareholder approval, describing it as a "strategic move that enables us to enhance our Bitcoin mining capacity in Tennessee." He also added that this acquisition will allow CleanSpark to build over 400 megawatts of capacity in the coming years.
