ChainCatcher news, according to Fortune, Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev announced that the company will enter Asia next year, establishing a local headquarters in Singapore.

Additionally, Robinhood's Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Jason Warnick revealed that the company is seeking more merger and acquisition activities, and currently, Robinhood is completing two new acquisitions. One is TradePMR, a wealth management platform for registered investment advisors, which it acquired for $300 million; the other is the acquisition of Bitstamp Ltd. for $200 million, a global cryptocurrency exchange founded in 2011, with offices in Luxembourg, the UK, Slovenia, Singapore, and the United States.
