Crypto.com acquires Abu Dhabi brokerage firm Orion Principals

ChainCatcher news, according to Financialit, cryptocurrency exchange Crypto.com has acquired the brokerage firm Orion Principals Limited, regulated by the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), to accelerate its financial product expansion plans. Orion is authorized by ADGM to provide a variety of investment and ancillary services, including securities, options, futures, and contracts for difference.
