ChainCatcher news, according to Lookonchain monitoring, Nasdaq-listed Bitcoin mining company Riot Platforms has acquired 705 BTC in the past 3 hours, worth approximately 68.45 million USD.

Previously, it was reported that Bitcoin mining company Riot Platforms plans to privately issue 500 million USD in convertible senior notes for purposes including Bitcoin acquisitions.
