ChainCatcher news, according to spotonchain monitoring, two dormant wallets (possibly one entity) spent $10.12 million an hour ago to purchase 2,736 ETH at an average price of $3,699.

These wallets withdrew stablecoins from Binance a year ago, but only started their first purchase now.
