ChainCatcher news, according to Jinshi reports, Fox News disclosed that OpenAI founder and CEO Sam Altman will join the list of American tech giants donating to President-elect Trump's inauguration fund. Altman said in a written statement, "Trump will lead our country into the era of artificial intelligence, and I am eager to support his efforts to ensure that America remains at the forefront."

It is reported that Altman plans to donate $1 million to the presidential inauguration committee in his personal capacity, rather than through OpenAI directly. Previously, both Zuckerberg and Bezos announced donations of $1 million to the presidential inauguration fund, reportedly to ease relations with the incoming president.
