Due to the court stating that the U.S. Treasury Department acted "beyond its authority," Tornado Cash co-founder requests to dismiss criminal charges

ChainCatcher news, according to Cointelegraph, Tornado Cash co-founder Roman Storm has requested the judge to dismiss the criminal charges against him.

Previously, the appeals court ruled that the U.S. Treasury's sanctions against the crypto mixer were illegal, stating that the Treasury acted "beyond its authority" in this case.
