ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, Tether's General Counsel has retired after the MiCA stablecoin regulations came into effect. Under the stricter regulations of MiCA that took effect at the end of last year, Michael Hilliard was responsible for legal matters concerning stablecoin issuers and exchanges.
