A certain crypto influencer's father was kidnapped on Christmas Eve and rescued

ChainCatcher news, according to Cryptoast, a French man was rescued by police from the trunk of a car near Le Mans after being kidnapped at home on Christmas Eve.

The victim is a 56-year-old man, whose son is a cryptocurrency influencer residing in Dubai. After kidnapping his father, the two criminals contacted his son to extort money.

The latter immediately notified the police, who subsequently found his father in the trunk of a car 500 kilometers from home; he was disoriented but out of danger. Currently, the two suspects are still at large.
