BitFuFu plans to acquire a majority stake in a Bitcoin mining facility in Oklahoma
ChainCatcher news, BitFuFu plans to acquire a majority stake in a 51 megawatt (MW) Bitcoin mining facility in Oklahoma. The company has signed a letter of intent for the acquisition, and the transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of 2025.
The facility is located in an uninhabited area and is fully constructed and operational. Using Bitmain's Antminer S21 Pro equipment, the 51 MW capacity can support an output of approximately 2.9 EH/s in hash rate.
