Informed sources: ByteDance has not reached any agreement with the U.S. side

According to sources close to ByteDance, ByteDance has not reached any agreement with the U.S. side; it is just that the U.S. side has decided not to enforce the legislation for the time being, thus TikTok is resuming operations.
