CoinShares submits XRP and Litecoin ETF applications, Grayscale submits Solana and Litecoin ETF applications

ChainCatcher message, according to official regulatory documents, CoinShares submitted the registration statements for "CoinShares Litecoin ETF" and "CoinShares XRP ETF" on Friday.

In addition, the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) submitted the 19b-4 filing for "Grayscale Litecoin Trust" on behalf of Grayscale, and submitted the 19b-4 filing for Grayscale Solana Trust. Both of Grayscale's filings include provisions regarding the conversion of the trusts into spot ETFs.
