Binance denies the allegations made against it by French authorities

ChainCatcher news, according to Cointelegraph, regarding the judicial investigation by French authorities into Binance, a Binance spokesperson stated that this latest development is a continuation of a legal investigation from several years ago: "Binance is deeply disappointed to learn that the Paris branch of the French prosecutor's office, JUNALCO, has decided to refer this case, which has been ongoing for several years, to the French judicial authorities for further investigation."

Binance stated: "While our policy is generally not to comment on legal proceedings, Binance fully denies these allegations and will vigorously contest any false claims."
