The IoTeX network has been restored and the 2.1.2 version upgrade has been completed

2025-02-01 09:44:55

ChainCatcher news, according to official sources, the network instability caused by a DoS attack on the IoTeX network has now been restored. IoTeX L1 has completed the upgrade to version 2.1.2, which introduces single-account rate limiting to protect nodes from DoS attacks.

This upgrade is not a hard fork, but IoTeX officials still recommend that node operators and API gateways synchronize network upgrades to enhance overall network stability.
