ChainCatcher news, according to Jin10 data, a company based in Delaware has applied for the DeepSeek trademark, named Delson Group Inc.

Delson Group claims that it has been selling AI products under the DeepSeek brand since the beginning of 2020. Its CEO and founder is named Willie Lu. Willie Lu and DeepSeek founder Liang Wenfeng both graduated from Zhejiang University.
