ChainCatcher news, according to prnewswire, cross-border payment giant MoneyGram has announced the appointment of Luke Tuttle as Chief Technology Officer, who will be responsible for leading product development and technology, overseeing engineering, platform operations, information security, and emerging technologies such as blockchain, and will report directly to MoneyGram Chairman and CEO Anthony Soohoo, who has previously worked at companies like Klarna, Experian, and eBay.
