ChainCatcher news, according to Cointelegraph, Pump.fun has received a cease and desist letter for allegedly using the logos and names of two law firms that are currently suing the platform.

The American law firm Burwick Law stated on the X platform that it and Wolf Popper have issued a cease and desist letter to Pump.fun, demanding the immediate removal of Dog Shit Going NoWhere (DOGSHIT2) and other tokens that "impersonated our company" by using intellectual property (including their logos and names) without permission.

According to Pump.fun, multiple users have created tokens using the names and logos of Burwick Law and Wolf Popper in various configurations.
