ChainCatcher News, Kentucky has become the 16th state to propose legislation to establish a Bitcoin reserve, with the bill KY HB376 introduced by Kentucky Representative Theodore Joseph Roberts on February 6.

If passed, it will authorize the state investment board to allocate up to 10% of excess state reserves to digital assets, including Bitcoin.
