Musk: No intention to acquire TikTok, generally prefers to build companies from scratch

According to ChainCatcher, as reported by Fortune, at a conference held by Axel Springer in Germany, Musk spoke for the first time on the topic of acquiring TikTok. He stated that he has not made an acquisition offer for TikTok and has no related plans. Musk mentioned that he personally does not use TikTok and said, "I am not enthusiastic about acquiring TikTok; I generally prefer to build companies from scratch."

Previously, there were reports that Chinese officials were evaluating the possibility of Musk acquiring TikTok's U.S. operations, and if TikTok fails to successfully address the ban, Musk's X platform may take over TikTok's U.S. business.
