ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, the X account of Zach Witkoff, co-founder of the Trump-related crypto project World Liberty Financial, was hacked on Wednesday. The attacker promoted a meme coin related to Barron Trump on social media, claiming that "Trump is about to confirm this news."

World Liberty Financial subsequently confirmed that Witkoff's account had been compromised and urged users not to engage with the fraudulent project. Previously, on January 23, Trump's daughter Ivanka Trump also warned users that an unauthorized meme coin project was using her likeness to defraud investors.
