Argentine regulators claim they have no authority to intervene in the Libra dispute

ChainCatcher news, according to Cryptonews, Argentine regulators claim they have no authority to intervene in resolving disputes because the sale of Libra is beyond their jurisdiction.

The Argentine National Securities Commission (CNV) "has so far chosen not to intervene" in the LIBRA event, "because the current regulatory framework does not cover token advertising on decentralized platforms."
