Coinbase CEO: An agreement has been reached with the SEC, and the SEC will withdraw the lawsuit and not impose a fine

Once we receive approval from the commission (which we are told is expected next week), this will be a complete settlement with a payment of $0 in fines, and our business will remain unchanged."
