Circle launches CCTP V2, which will shorten USDC cross-chain settlement time

ChainCatcher message, Circle announced a protocol update, stating that its newly launched cross-chain transfer protocol V2 will improve upon CCTP V1, reducing cross-chain transaction settlement time from the typical blockchain transaction average of 13 to 19 minutes to just a few seconds through a set of new smart contracts and APIs.
