The Epoch 755 of Solana has ended, and the SIMD-0228 proposal has not passed

ChainCatcher message, Solana's Epoch 755 has ended, and the SIMD-0228 proposal has not passed. Dune Analytics data shows that 910 validators voted on the proposal. 43.6% voted in favor of the proposal, 27.4% voted against it, and 3.3% abstained.
