Solana futures have officially launched on CME

ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, Solana futures have officially launched on CME today. Currently, CME offers two new contract sizes: a micro contract covering 25 SOL and a large contract covering 500 SOL.

Giovanni Vicioso, Global Head of Cryptocurrency Products at CME Group, stated, "As Solana becomes the platform of choice for developers and investors, these new futures contracts will provide a capital-efficient tool to support their investment and hedging strategies."
