The SEC has confirmed receipt of 21Shares' application for a spot Polkadot ETF

ChainCatcher news, according to a notice from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Nasdaq Stock Exchange has submitted a rule change proposal to list and trade shares of the 21Shares spot Polkadot ETF under Nasdaq Rule 5711(d) ("Commodity Trust Shares"). The SEC has officially accepted the application and is soliciting public comments.
