Babylon Foundation: Genesis Mainnet is Coming Soon

ChainCatcher message, the Babylon Foundation stated on social media, "Phase-2 is coming soon: Babylon Genesis mainnet, becoming the first Bitcoin Secure Network (BSN), obtaining cryptoeconomic security directly from Bitcoin through the Babylon Bitcoin staking protocol.

Babylon Genesis is an independent L1 network with advanced security features, and will also serve as the control plane and liquidity hub for other BSNs, enabling them to combine with the security and liquidity of Bitcoin."
