ChainCatcher news, Nasdaq-listed mining company Bitfarms announced on platform X that it has reached a preliminary agreement for a $300 million private debt financing with Macquarie Group to fund the initial HPC project development at Panther Creek in Pennsylvania. The initial financing amount is $50 million, with a maximum drawable amount of $300 million upon final document signing. It is expected that Macquarie Group will provide funding for the initial construction of the Panther Creek data center in a non-dilutive manner.
