ETE Group proposed amendments to the Civil Code, the Tax Code, and other relevant foreign exchange regulatory laws to grant legal status to crypto assets and establish standard procedures for their issuance, circulation, and accounting. ETE pointed out that since 2024, the interest of Russian companies in crypto payments has increased by about 40%.
