ChainCatcher news, according to Lookonchain monitoring, two wallets that had been inactive for 949 days have just become active again------about 7 hours ago, they spent 12.37 million DAI to purchase 7,738 ETH at an average price of 1,599 dollars each. One of the wallets has already deposited some ETH into Tornado Cash.
