CNAD, former Goldman Sachs partners, and others submitted a cross-border regulatory sandbox cooperation proposal to the U.S. SEC to promote regulatory innovation in the digital asset sector

ChainCatcher message, according to the meeting memorandum released by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on April 22, 2025, the Perkin Law Firm, the National Digital Assets Commission of El Salvador (CNAD), and former Goldman Sachs partner Heather Shemilt submitted a cross-border regulatory sandbox collaboration proposal to the SEC, aimed at promoting regulatory innovation in the digital asset space. This proposal provides the SEC with an opportunity to collaborate with international regulatory bodies to support the development and optimization of the U.S. digital asset regulatory framework with actual data.
