These statements detail the economic losses and life impacts suffered by users due to the collapse of Celsius.

Mashinsky pleaded guilty in December 2023, admitting to one count of commodity fraud and one count of securities fraud, with a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison. Most victims are requesting the court to impose the maximum sentence, but a few are calling for leniency. Mashinsky's sentencing will be announced on May 8, and his defense team is requesting no more than 366 days of imprisonment.
