BNB Chain launches official MCP protocol to accelerate the on-chain process of AI Agents

ChainCatcher news, BNB Chain recently launched a new open protocol called Model Context Protocol (MCP), which provides standardized support for establishing secure, bidirectional communication between AI applications and external data or tool systems, marking a key step towards achieving plug-and-play integration of AI agents in the Web3 space.

As part of BNB Chain's "AI First" strategy, the MCP protocol connects blockchain data with AI models through standardized interfaces, helping developers build smarter, context-aware applications. Developers no longer need to create customized interfaces for each tool or dataset; they can simply integrate this secure standard framework designed for the collaborative development of Web3 and AI, allowing them to focus on their domain development. The core advantages of MCP include: data privacy protection; on-chain interaction auditability; model protection and encryption mechanisms; support for AML/KYC compliance, etc.
