Metaplanet issues $25 million zero-interest bonds to increase Bitcoin holdings

ChainCatcher news, according to the announcement from Metaplanet, the company has resolved through a board decision to issue the 13th tranche of ordinary bonds to EVO FUND, amounting to 25 million USD, with a term of six months and an interest rate of 0%, for the purpose of purchasing Bitcoin. The bond will mature on November 6, 2025, and the redemption method will be through the exercise of stock subscription rights.
