According to the agreement, China Carbon Neutral will consider a strategic investment in CSpro, a securities token issuance platform under Gaolijie Group, and under the legal and regulatory framework in Hong Kong, jointly explore the research and development of innovative financial tools in the green asset field, promoting the implementation of green asset tokenization projects, including carbon assets.
