OpenAI plans to expand the "Stargate" project beyond the United States

Previous news, OpenAI CEO Sam Altman launched the "Interstellar Gateway" project in January this year at the White House with U.S. President Trump, SoftBank CEO Masayoshi Son, and Oracle CEO Larry Ellison.
