Bitcoin mining company Hut 8 reported a huge loss of $134 million in the first quarter
ChainCatcher news, according to Bloomberg, Bitcoin mining company Hut 8 Corp. has released its financial report for the first quarter of 2025.
Data shows that the company's quarterly revenue was $21.8 million, a nearly 58% year-over-year drop; net loss was $134.3 million, compared to a profit of $250.7 million in the same period last year. The company recently announced a partnership with former U.S. President Trump's son to launch a new business.
