ChainCatcher news, DeFi Report founder Michael Nadeau posted on X regarding the ETH market, stating:

  1. In the past few days, the open interest for ETH has increased by 40%, indicating a significant amount of leveraged long positions;
  2. The spot trading volume for ETH has surged from $4-6 billion per day to $15-18 billion, indicating real capital inflow;
  3. The funding rate has risen from 0.005% to 0.03%;
  4. In the past few days, the amount of ETH short liquidations has exceeded $85 million.

In summary, there are signs of "real capital inflow, long position accumulation, and short squeeze" for ETH, driven by these three factors collectively pushing the price up.
