MetaMask co-founder: Still considering launching a native token for the wallet
ChainCatcher news, MetaMask co-founder Dan Finlay stated in an interview with Tim Copeland from The Block that the team is still considering launching a native token for the wallet.
Finlay mentioned that the parent company Consensys has long proposed the idea of launching tokens for vertical industries, including MetaMask, to promote "progressive decentralization." "If we really do this, we would promote it directly in the wallet. You would find the link right in the wallet."
